MV Gloria
Petro marine Egypt had included considerable efficients in all marine expertise. The company successfully carried out MV GLORIA modification at the Egyptian Navy shipyard’s dry dock. The operation included the followings:
⦁ Re-powering modification; installation of new Engines and necessary supporting engine and shaft bearing seats.
⦁ Hull plates and construction thickness measurement
⦁ Patching and replacing necessary plates according to the ABS surveyor
⦁ Cleaning, Tanks, ship system pipe lines and valves with respect to class instructions.
⦁ Re-introduce ballast and bilge system with the addition of the system pumps and fittings
⦁ Addition of CO2 firefighting system and alarms
⦁ Installation of the stabilizer system and performing system calibration on dock.
⦁ Ventilation ducts fabrication and installation
⦁ Hatches and Watertight doors fabrication, installation and testing according to ABS class code.
⦁ Changing anchors and anchor chains with respect to Class surveyor
⦁ Replace ZINC catholic protection on hull, boiler, chillers and other equipment
⦁ Supply and installation of new navigation system devices
⦁ Scraping, cleaning and sand blasting ship hull and decks
⦁ Painting marine coats above and beneath water line according to standards
